Friday morning we arrived at our campsite and Nana came to visit us. Just as we got a tent set up over our eating area, it started to POUR!!! So, instead of making mom a nice turkey burger on the grill, she took us to Pizza Hut. Carson and Nana did get some nice hiking weather before she left though. Friday continued to be a little rainy but we still had a great time hiking, playing and being together. It was so beautiful there. Carson was so exhausted that he fell asleep in my arms at 6:15 pm with his supper still in his mouth and he slept until 5 am. Pete and I were able to enjoy a very peaceful evening for the first time in a very long time.
